Welcome to Kindergrten

Hi!

My name is Mrs. O’Brien and I am thrilled to start the new year in the kindergarten class! I love working with young students and I am excited to help them grow socially, emotionally, and academically, in a safe, nurturing, and fun environment!

I just wanted to share a little about myself, I received my Bachelor’s Degree in health education k-12 and my Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education/Higher Education not long after. I have taught Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 as well as been an academic advisor for first year college students. I have also nannied for families while I stayed at home and took care of my two boys. I have always enjoyed being in a school setting throughout my career and I have a passion for educating.

When I am not in the classroom, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 boys. My youngest is starting first grade and my oldest is going into 4^th grade. I’m excited to get to know all your kiddos and I’m looking forward to a great 2025-2026 school year!
