Physical Education & Health
Welcome students and parents! There will not be any homework for Physical Education. There will be Health Education projects that might require some work at home, but I will let the students know in advance of any projects. Students are expected to put forth their best effort in all games, activities, and assignments.

Philosophy: I believe all students should be provided with a variety of activities that allows them to explore several different ways to be physically active. The goal is to provide students with enjoyment, competition and motivation to want to be physically active through the remainder of their lives. Students will also learn about what it means to live a happy and healthy lifestyle.
